We offer free in-store pickup. You can choose this option during the checkout process. After you place the order you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
Once we have prepared your order, you will have 7 days to pickup the order. You must pick up your order during our open hours, Monday – Saturday (11:00 – 7:00 PM). Failure to pick up within the given time or refusal of product will result in a 20% restock fee.

Shipping Policy
We take great care to ensure that items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order within 7-10 working days from the date of the order by following the steps below:

We usually take 1-2 business days to process your order (if all items are available). Note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Refund policy
Jackpot Discount Store has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have the receipt, but are apart of our Rewards Program we can look up the order. Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
To start a return, you can bring the item to us in store or contact us at sales@napshop.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our return policy does not apply to wholesale deals. All wholesale & pallet purchases are final sale, which is standard in our industry.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
